We are looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Manager to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

Your Mission

Turn marketing into predictable pipeline and revenue. You also dice 40%+ annual growth with speed, clarity, and accountability.

 

What You Own

You are responsible for making growth happen:

  • Campaign velocity & experimentation

  • Scalable sales lead generation

  • Tight alignment with business to reach the set growth goals

  • Effective use of our talent and marketing budget

  • You lead daily execution, inspire and push team toward results

 

What Success Looks Like

  • Fast launch → test → optimize cycles

  • Consistent pipeline growth across markets

  • Improving MQL → SQL → Deal conversion rates

  • Clear marketing ROI and tangible business impact

 

Who You Are

  • Strong background in B2B growth / performance marketing

  • Hands-on, analytical, commercially sharp

  • Comfortable with ambitious targets and clear accountability

  • Builder & doer mindset — you ship fast and iterate faster

  • Experience from a fast-scaling company is a plus
