Your journey starts with a short online call with one of our recruiters.
We’ll introduce you to Aurora Live, walk you through the role, and get to know you — your motivation, background, and what drives you in sales.
Stage 2
In this conversation, you’ll dive deeper into the role and our way of working.
We’ll explore your experience, sales mindset, and how you approach building relationships with clients.
Stage 3
This step lets you show your skills in action.
You’ll take part in a short, friendly role-play exercise to demonstrate how you approach real-life client situations — no need to worry, we’ll guide you through it.
Stage 4
As the final step, we may contact your references and/or invite you to complete a brief assessment.
This step helps us make sure there’s a strong mutual fit and that you have all the information you need to make the right decision.
Stage 5
Congratulations — you’ve made it!
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you your official offer and start preparing your onboarding journey.

You’ll primarily work with executives in:

You’ll start with a structured 4-week onboarding program designed to help you quickly get up to speed with our product, processes, and sales approach. From the beginning, you’ll get hands-on support and gradually start prospecting, running meetings with clients, and learning how to manage the sales cycle.
After the initial onboarding, you’ll continue receiving on-the-job coaching. Throughout your first weeks, months, and beyond, you’ll be supported by your team, senior colleagues, and managers to help you succeed and grow confidently in your role.

You will receive structured training, hands‑on coaching, and daily support from your manager and colleagues. Our onboarding combines learning sessions, weekly one‑to‑ones, and real‑time feedback to help you build confidence quickly.
In addition, you’ll be supported financially at the beginning to support you to ramp up and build your sales pipeline.

You will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission based on the sales you close. In addition, there is an activity-based bonus during the first months to support you while building your pipeline, as well as a quarterly bonus for reaching your sales targets. Your earnings grow with the results you deliver, and high performance is rewarded.

With us, you’ll build growth partnerships with the commercial leadership of solution and service provider companies. In your role, you’ll learn to understand our clients’ core business and help them find the best solutions from our service portfolio.
Your goal is to support companies’ growth by offering them the opportunity to network and meet executives from top 500 companies — in practice, helping businesses turn their growth goals into concrete results.

A structured weekly rhythm that includes:
• Weekly team kickoff
• Daily outreach and prospecting
• 8–9 meetings per week on average
• Weekly one‑to‑one coaching session
• Weekly team wrap‑up & Friday team time
You'll balance sales execution, pipeline building, and continuous learning.

As you develop, your accounts will grow and partnership with your clients. You build your own client portfolio and nature of your role will change towards growing your accounts.
