Digital Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own two core growth infrastructure workstreams: website development and optimisation, and marketing automation. This role sits at the intersection of web, automation, and growth — and will have direct impact on pipeline.
You'll work closely with our developer, marketing team, and sales team to build a conversion-optimised, multilingual web presence and automated buyer’s journey that turns leads into pipeline.
This is a hands-on execution role with real strategic ownership. You'll shape the roadmap, manage the backlog, and ship the work.
What You'll Own
Website Development & Optimisation
Build and manage the website development and optimisation roadmap to support the customer digital journey and improve lead conversion
Analyse website performance data (GA4, Hotjar, HubSpot) and identify high-impact optimisation opportunities
Plan, implement, and manage a multilingual website setup across 12 European markets — URL structure, hreflang, CMS workflows, and localised content models
Lead contact form redesign (multi-step, reduced fields, smart logic) and full HubSpot field mapping
Support launch of gated interactive tools — optimising for lead capture and conversion
Deliver foundational architecture: mobile-first modular theme, navigation rebuild, webinar page templates, and HubSpot property architecture
Work end-to-end with the developer and wider team to scope, brief, QA, and ship
Marketing Automation
Build and maintain workflows to support the full customer journey — from lead capture through to pipeline progression
Own contact and company lifecycle stage logic, ensuring clean, consistent data across all touchpoints
Design and implement the marketing-to-sales lead handling process: routing, notifications, and SLA definitions
Rebuild HubSpot reporting dashboards for scale — source attribution, form and page conversion, funnel visibility (MQL → SQL → Opportunity), and country/segment splits
Manage data sync between website, CMS, and HubSpot — including spam filtering and data quality
What We're Looking For
3+ years in a B2B marketing, web, or marketing ops role with clear ownership of website and/or CRM systems
Hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows, lifecycle stages, forms, properties, reporting (certification a plus)
Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent) and web performance fundamentals
Experience with multilingual or multi-market website setups — hreflang, URL structures, content localisation
Comfortable reading data: GA4, conversion funnels, form analytics — you spot the drop-off before anyone asks
Able to write a clear brief, manage a developer, and QA your own work
Organised, direct, and comfortable in a small team where you own the outcome
