What motivated you to join Aurora Live?
My path to Aurora Live was somewhat unconventional. I had previously used Aurora Live’s services and found the product to be an excellent tool for reaching target audiences. This ultimately led me to apply for a role at Aurora Live.
Can you tell us a bit about your role as Sales Team Manager and what a typical day looks like for you?
As a Sales Team Manager, my role is to support my team in their day-to-day work while also actively managing my own sales activities.
A typical day includes helping the team with ongoing tasks, supporting them in their client meetings, and ensuring they have what they need to succeed. In addition, my days often involve internal development work, as well as reaching out to new potential clients and booking meetings.
What makes the Finnish sales team unique?
We support and challenge each other continuously, and since we work closely together and see each other every day, it creates a very collaborative environment. Everyone is genuinely invested in helping one another succeed and in reaching our shared goals as a team.
As a manager, what do you enjoy most about leading your team?
What I enjoy most about leading my team is seeing their growth in their day-to-day work and being able to support them in reaching and exceeding their goals.
I especially value building strong relationships and trust with each team member, as it creates the foundation for both individual and team success.

What makes Aurora Live a great place to work for me is the culture that has been built within the company.
It makes the day-to-day work enjoyable, as everyone is open to helping each other regardless of their role. This creates a very supportive and collaborative environment.
What has been the highlight of your journey at Aurora Live so far?
The highlight of my journey at Aurora Live so far has been achieving all the goals set for me and growing into my new role as a Sales Team Manager.
