What motivated you to join Aurora Live? 

I first got to know Aurora Live through the Sales Competition and was immediately impressed by the team’s energy, professionalism, and spirit. The people I met showed me that Aurora Liva is a place where I could truly grow. 

I was also motivated to join because I wanted to work in a fast-paced, international environment where growth, ownership, and innovation are part of the daily culture - and Aurora Live offered exactly that. 

What makes the DACH sales team unique compared to other teams? 

The DACH team is unique because we combine ambition, teamwork, and fun. We celebrate wins together, support each other through challenges, and bring a lot of energy into our daily work. 

What I value most is knowing that we always have each other’s backs. There’s a strong sense of unity that makes the team culture not only motivating but genuinely enjoyable. 

What do you appreciate the most about working in Sales at Aurora Live? 

What I appreciate most is the flexibility paired with real ownership. We are trusted to organize our work, think creatively, and contribute our own ideas. 

At the same time, we have clear goals, strong structures, and a supportive environment that enables us to succeed. Sales at Aurora Live never feels static - it’s a role where you constantly grow, learn, and directly see the impact of your work. 

I also appreciate how much I learn here that I can use beyond work - skills and mindsets that benefit me not only professionally, but also in my personal life. 

 How does Aurora Live support you in overcoming challenges in Sales? 

Aurora Live supports us with a structured onboarding, continuous trainings, and weekly 1:1s with our team managers, which help us stay focused and continuously improve. 

Beyond that, our team culture is a huge strength - we help each other every day, share best practices, and never hesitate to support one another. You’re never facing a challenge alone. 

What has stood out the most in your experience at Aurora Live so far? 

One of my early highlights was closing my first deal. The excitement, the team’s support, and the feeling of contributing from day one made it unforgettable. 

Overall, what stood out the most is how quickly I felt integrated. The combination of trust, open communication, and a culture built on support and growth made my start at Aurora Live incredibly positive.
