Let’s take a moment to learn more about what inspired his return and what lies ahead. 

What inspired you to return to Aurora Live?

Honestly — the team. The vibe, the ambition, the atmosphere… it’s unique. I really missed being surrounded by highly driven people building something together. Aurora Live is in a true scale-up phase, and that’s exactly where I love to operate. There are tons of opportunities for both business and personal growth. Coming back wasn’t about comfort — it was about impact and momentum.

After stepping away for more than a year to travel and build a completely different life rhythm, I realized something powerful: I missed building. In Australia, I lived very freely — fishing at sunrise, camping in remote places — but what stood out most was how much I enjoy creating momentum with a team, driving commercial growth, and building something at scale.

What’s one key lesson you learned during your time away that you’re bringing into your role now?

I learned that I love building — not just projects, but building with a group of highly ambitious people who want to make a real impact. During my time away, I had the freedom to explore, step outside my comfort zone, and navigate uncertainty. That experience builds resilience. You learn to adapt quickly, stay calm under pressure, and keep moving forward even when things aren’t clear. That resilience, combined with clarity about what drives me, is something I now bring fully into this role.

How has your perspective on Aurora Live changed since returning?

I’ve seen the huge growth over the past few years — it’s impressive. Aurora Live has clearly evolved into a true growth company. The strategic decisions made years ago are now paying off. What once felt like strong ambition is now backed by scale, structure, and real market position. The foundation is solid — now it’s about accelerating.

What excites you most about the journey ahead at Aurora Live?

Building Barcelona into the biggest and most successful sales hub in Europe. Opening new markets. Expanding our global impact. Scaling smart. And on a personal level, continuing to grow as a leader while driving meaningful results.

The adventure chapter was incredible — now it’s time to build at full speed. A different kind of adventure.
